Prefinished White Oak Flooring in a Contemporary Lake View Home

This contemporary single-family home in Highland Park experienced a rebirth when its new owners teamed with Lenore Weiss of Lenore Weiss Studios and Stuart Shayman the home’s original architect. With a modified layout and a new material palette, which included Carlisle Picture Frame prefinished white oak flooring from our Traditional Collection, the home was transformed. The new look brought a fresh, young perspective while maintaining clear views of the surrounding wooded ravine and lake in a casually elegant way.  With a hint of white, this floor adds warmth to the home and shows off the natural beauty and grain patterns that are found in our White Oak hardwood flooring.
