Walnut Herringbone and Plank in Atherton CA Home

Carlisle  8″ wide Walnut hardwood plank and 8″ x 24″ Herringbone pattern wood flooring makes a statement in this stunning home located in the exclusive, upscale Peninsula town of Atherton, a Bay Area suburb of San Francisco.   The herringbone pattern adds textural interest as well as depth and dimension to the entry while the plank hardwood flooring throughout the rest of the home creates a rich contrast to the predominantly white walls.  The black walnut stair treads were made with the same flooring material and crafted on-site.  Natalie Forood of Forood Design and Construction, oversaw the design, construction and installation of this project achieving a classic, elegant design style sure to impress anyone who walks through the door.
