Weekend Cottage Hardwood Floor Is The Natural Choice for this Manhattan Loft

When Jon Powell Architecture, Bachman Brown Design and Black Square Builders combined their talents and created a vision for converting this late 19th-Century factory building in the West Village to a space that would balance an industrial language with warm minimalism, the result was nothing less than spectacular. From the reconstruction of the gorgeous brick barrel-vaulted ceilings to replacing the worn-out parquet flooring with our stunning handcrafted wide plank wood floors, this dynamic team created a perfectly refined-yet-relaxed space grounded by the overall neutral palette.  Our Weekend Cottage White Oak floor was crafted in our Signature Grade, which allowed for some “soul” (knots/mineral streaking/character) to be included in the planks, masterfully creating the organic look and feel they wanted to achieve.  Read more about the project in this article from Elle Decor.
